Chaparral Homemade Ice Cream has been serving historic Wickenburg for several decades dishing up the freshest and most delicious homemade ice cream and dishes in the west. Owners, Tony and Pam Rovida have hand crafted a complete lunch and dinner menu, as well as made from scratch baked items and ice cream that will keep you craving for more. The menu consists of traditional and unique ice cream flavors from Cookies N Crème, Butter Pecan & Chocolate to Hassayampa Mud, Pistachio & Prickly Pear and can all be topped with their made from scratch Chocolate, Caramel, Spicy Cocoa or Hot Fudge Sauces. While you are there make sure to save room for lunch or dinner, and yes, we said “SAVE ROOM” because at Chaparral, they believe in eating your dessert first! Their tasty menu includes the Jail Tree Sandwich overflowing with beef or chicken and veggies, smothered with your choice of homemade cheddar cheese or blue cheese sauce. Or take a chance and indulge in one of the towns favorites, the Brawty Sandwich covered with their signature caramelized boysenberry onions! And if all this didn’t get you drooling, be sure to treat your taste buds to their family secret recipe brownies that will knock your socks off. Chaparral has a large dining and parking area which is great for large groups, families traveling in motorhomes or with trailers and even for motorcycle groups headed through town.
