Advance tickets: $65 ($60 for members)
Tickets at the door: $75

Returning for its 7th delicious year, Dine Out with the Chefs showcases the talents of more than 25 of the Valley’s premier chefs, along with live music by the Matt Johnson Trio; tastings of fine wines, vodkas, tequilas and coffees; gourmet cooking demos; and other surprises. Guests mingle with the chefs and sample their culinary creations, from tantalizing soups, salads and appetizers to some of their signature dishes and most decadent desserts. Named one of GQ’s “Most Inspired Bartenders of 2010,” professional mixologist Jason Asher will serve up one-of-a-kind cocktails in the VIP lounge. Other special guests include Arizona winemaker Sam Pillsbury, sommelier and wine blogger David M. Johnson, chef Laura Slama of Sub-Zero Wolf Kitchen, the baristas of Shine Coffee and award-winning author Pamela Swartz, who will sign copies of the latest edition of Dine Out Phoenix: Where to Eat from Chic to Unique.

Dine Out with the Chefs is produced by Pamela Swartz, Larry Siegel and Scottsdale Center for the Performing Arts and is sponsored by China Mist, Hotel Valley Ho and Safeway. Proceeds benefit The Center’s arts education and outreach programs.
